checked out the blog and it’s crazy how common sense is so absent in our everyday train of thought. I am a chef, and I work with the best food i can get my hands on. Sometimes for the sake of flavor or texture i may stray but the heart of my cuisine is natural, organic, local, but also clean eating. You can have local, you can have organic and natural, but sometimes you loose it in the preparation. Thanks for the heads up, and making us think.

Wildebeest smell like something in between a cow and a goat. Like this and any other herd animal, people follow the beaten path sometimes all too easily, then question too paranoid their past behaviours. Just do what feels right and doesn’t leave the shower smelling funny. I’m sure you’ll still look just fine.

I agree, especially about the deodarants. I don’t think it is a good idea to keep the pores under your arms clogged. I have been telling my daughter this for years, but you know teenagers, the last thing they want to do is sweat, and of course they know everything. We are going to the mall right now. I will def pick up a crystal. If it works for me then hopefully she will use it.

After reading this blog. I’ve decided to adventure to making my own hair care products. My hair is natural (locs) and think it might be time for me to give it a try since I maintain my own locs . .why not concoct some all natural good enough to eat conditioners (and shampoos). Thanks for the blog!
